Had a change of heart?! we get it. Our cancelation window is 2 hours after purchase.
Every garment/product in the store is “Custom or Personalized” merchandise. Due to the custom nature of the store items, We are unable to cancel products after 2 hours of placing your order.
After the 2 hours pass, your order will start the sewing fabrication process. When this fabrication starts, we are unable to cancel your order or issue any refunds.
Stopping the creation of custom items, during fabrication times, may potentially damage or deplete stock for other pending projects.
However, if your order is not in production yet we can cancel your order and fully refund you.
If your order is already in production we can refund you up to 45% of your purchase + shipping cost.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (Outside US)
The buyer must pay customs and duties in his country and release his item/s.
refusal to pay will cause your item to return to us.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Yes, some customers got lucky and didn’t pay duties. However, it’s not in our control…(Just luck)

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER (Shipping)
Domestic shipping via USPS can take up to 3 to 7 business days. However, during pick season it might take longer.
Please note that all items take a few days to ship out, as they are all custom-made per your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or special occasions. If you have something of that nature, please give us a shout before you order.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION
Not all computer monitors are calibrated the same. Colors may display differently on your monitor than what is actually. We do our best to make sure the image on the product listing is identical to the image you order, however small variations in color can and will occur. The images are as accurate as possible. However, different monitors may cause colors to vary slightly.
We do offer other colors. let us know if you looking for something specific.
STAIN AROUND MY SHIRT DESIGN (FAINT OUTLINE)
Not to worry — this outline will disappear after the first wash!
Our shirts are pre-treated with a special solution prior to printing to ensure high quality and color correctness. A small amount of this solution may remain on the shirt and appear as an off-color stain. This residue will disappear after you wash the shirt.
Stains are still there?! send us an email with a photo and will replace it free of charge.
End-Users and Resellers
We reserve the right to refuse to sell and ship any product to you if we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or a customer with an unethical rude approach to our staff. Likewise, customer support is only available to the original order purchaser. We do not currently sell to or work with resellers.

WHERE IS MY ORDER
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
Wholesale: You can contact us directly through the site with wholesale inquiries. We do not offer consignment in any case.
